We can't praise Claire highly enough. Friendly and intuitive. Immaculately well presented and professional at all times. She worked extremely hard with contractors to get the house ready for us well in time. She managed the inspections efficiently, and followed up with regular and detailed progress reports and updates so we were always well informed, right up to and including Auction day. Claire's passion, enthusiasm and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for our property was very much appreciated, and in the end achieved an outstanding result for us.

I first ran into Rachel a few years back, during a house inspection. She kept in contact, and we finally put out place up for sale. There were a few setbacks per COVID. I went out for bid, and Ray White were competitive, but not the cheapest. Rachel's determination made the difference. Ray White themselves are a good enough real estate company to deal with.
