Courtney is the smartest and well communicative agent I have met. He worksaid really hard and runs extra miles in doing the campaign for the property. He was very efficient and organised. I have no hesitation in recommend him to anyone and definitely have more business with him in the future.

We were dreading the auction experience, however Courtney and Nicholas made it easy sailing. Clear and honest regular briefings were appreciated. Courtney came up with some novel ideas for marketing the property.

The professionalism and attitude of the Ray White team was a breath of fresh air after a poor experience with another agent. We were very happy with the process and the end result.

Courtney has been very professional with the way he handled the sale of my home. He is a great communicator and gave honest feedback . Courtney has a great team working with him and they are all so courteous and helpful - special mention to Vicky who is always very positive and reassuring. It is credit to Courtney at Ray White Mount Waverley the way he has trained his staff. I would highly recommend Courtney to all my neighbours, friends and family. Well done Team Courtney.

Courtney and staff were most respectful and understanding in explaining and helping my elderly Mum, Dorothy, to sell her home. Courtney appeared to treat Dorothy as if he was communicating with his own Mum as he helped her with all steps of the sale. Courtney's staff were reliable and helpful at all times.

I'm a first time buyer. Courtney was very helpful in making the experience a lot less scary. Very accommodating with viewing times - and easy to get hold of when I needed to.

I found Courtney Matthews to be a quality real estate professional who assisted me in acquiring a two bedroom apartment in Mount Waverley. I would have no hesitation in recommending Courtney to people known to me who are interested in purchasing real estate in the Waverley precinct.
