Great agent and auctioneer!!!!! Really good knowledge about the area and property and great negotiation skills! We probably could have saved some money if he wasn't the selling agent of the vendor, but guess what when we are considering selling he would definitely be our go to person. Also super responsive after the sale, which was greatly appreciated!!!
