Wonderful experience from start to finish - from the application process to reviewing any documents (lease agreements and condition reports when moving in) as it was smooth and efficient. The Property Management team were very responsive and helpful with any questions we have had with the property when inspecting and the application process. The property itself is well-maintained, and as described. Moving is such a stressful time, especially with young children but Ray White North Richmond made the transition smooth with their easy to use apps that have made it more streamline for things like condition reports that are easy to review and fill out without the hassle of scanning and printing documents to go through and return. Would highly recommend this team.
