I would like to say that Ray White in North Richmond have been so supportive. We have been with them for many years now. Can I say that Sharon is a caring & a beautiful person that has helped us find a place to live. For many years we have owned property, & when it came to buy more property, realestate agents were very helpful. however; due to unfortunate circumstances we lost everything. I remember we went to the realestate agent NOT RAYWHITE to find a place to live for rent. Let me say, we did not get the same treatment that we normally got when buying. Why I am saying this, because Raywhite was the only agent that treated us with respect & kindness that found us somewhere to live & we have stayed with them for this reason. One day in the near future we would love to buy again & I’m hoping that would be with Raywhite. Thank you for treating us with respect Kind regards Lucy & Sai Ratulevu

We have rented multiple houses through our property manager Di Tutty and she has been fantastic. Recently we have just rented a place in Freeman’s Reach through her but have been dealing with De’Annah through the whole process and WOW I am blown away by her kindness, friendliness and her willing to do anything to meet her clients needs/ wants. From the moment we sent the email about the house she was professional and QUICK to get the ball rolling for me and my family for this house that is just PERFECT for us. This morning I rang to see if there was any chance we could get the keys this afternoon rather then Friday Morning and at 1.45pm I had a phone call from De’Annah explaining she had completed the in going report for us and she was putting an email together and getting our keys done so that we could get those keys this afternoon and start our move. I’ve sent multiple emails in the time leading up to today and I always received prompt emails answering any questions I had, nothing was ever a hassle. I’ve also had multiple phone calls from De’Annah to keep us in the loop throughout the process leading up to the lease sign and a final phone call this afternoon to double check that we received our lease to sign so that we could collect those keys. I am blown away by how amazing this woman is and I want her to receive the praise and recognition that she deserves. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and she has made this experience so easy and exciting for myself and my family.

The communication was quite poor once the time came to sign the tenant agreement. I emailed a couple of times but received no reply. I signed the agreement which included the condition report. I was supposed to conduct my report within 7 days. When I went to do so the agreement said “ completed” and I was unable to edit it. I then sent emails to both Di and De’Annah to ask could they please add my comments only to be told that Ray White did not manage the property and to contact the landlord. Talk about wash your hands of the matter as soon as the dotted line is signed. You could have helped me out a bit. I feel that your office has been quite dismissive all round.
