It feels really great to have a Real Estate whom you have a peaceful and harmonious relationship with. I have been fortunate to experience this with Ray White North Richmond. A few highlights of my interaction with them is summarised below: 1. They attend to reported house damages promptly and don't brush one off. I've reported a leaking air con, a leaking toilet, and all these have been attended to without any issues. 2. They are quite respectful in how they've treated me and a good example would be, when organising house inspections, they've always checked with me suitability of day and timings to come out and carry the inspections. 3. I have been to now two houses with Ray White North Richmond, and I have found all their houses to be clean, inviting, and well kept. It is evident that they take pride in ensuring the tenant lives in a comfortable, well maintained home. 4. I've found all the staff to be pleasant and courteous both on phone and face to face. I've spoken to different ladies at their office and they are all very pleasant, and they make sure to pass on whatever message one has to one's respective property manager. 5. Finally, depending on how big a house one wants, or what area one wants to live in, I've found them to be very fair on rent charged and they are not exorbitant! To me, it feels like they genuinely understand the crazy economic times we are all living in, and feels like they do a thorough research of the market, and this speaks volumes about their company values. In writing the above review, it has made me realise that this is a Real Estate committed to working together and alongside the tenants and not against us.
