Firstly we chose to proceed with the team at Hunter's from the list of agents interviewed as they were able to listen and hear our thoughts and requirements for the sale. This of course was supported by the fact that as the local agencies we believed that they were most accurate, (and importantly honest) in their assessment and recommendations on market value for the property. Once we have commenced the sale process Duane and his team were consistently meeting our expectations on service and support. Communication was first class and we were never left wondering what was happenning. There was nothing that was too much trouble for the team and they certainly made the experience as hassle free as possible. We decided that we were not going to commit to a high expense marketing campaign, and ran the process through a more targeted and strategic approach. Whilst they probable would have preferred to have all the bells and whistles in marketing, Duane and the team were supportive of this approach, saving us not an insignificant amount in the process, and most importantly they were able to achieve an excellent outcome from the sale of the properties.
