I am very pleased with the result Duane Hunter achieved in selling my much loved -stunningly beautiful 2 story penthouse in Dee Why. He kept his eyes on qualifying the right buyers right from the getgo with very little fuss and fanfare. I was approached by some other heavy hitting real estate agents who thought they were so capable due to the name of their Agency profile. I found most of the agents that I spoke to be overly confident and ego driven. ie they weren't going to listen or work for anyone but themselves. I wouldn't purchase a home through them nor sell through them as their egos had the better of them. Duane stood out from the rest. His quiet manner, determination and honesty really excelled. I believed that the type of person I would buy from would have to be the person I would sell through - Duane appealed to me because of his quiet and resilient nature- Hard to find in Sydney. He made me feel supported and listened to throughout the campaign. His flexible style showed to me that he was agile in a fast paced environment. Duane always set his sights on qualifying serious buyers and sort the tyre- kickers from the true potentials quickly. This was impressive. He got the result I wanted plus more. First and foremost—we had similar values in regards to not just achieving the best possible price but also consideration for the buyers as well. A family man, he knows how to communicate with understanding and empathy with all involved. With extensive knowledge of the area, Duane knew exactly how to position the value of the property—exceeded the initial purchase guide and found the perfect happy buyer. We had a number of people through prior to advertising and sold in the first week. Selling and buying no matter what side you're on is a big undertaking and stressful. Duane never changed his tune through the whole process and had a good relationship with everyone interested in the property.
