I recently decided on a sea change and Phillip Island was going to provide me with what I needed and wanted now and in years to come. I commenced my journey which involved attending open houses and it was on my second open house, that I met Daniel. He asked all the right questions about my needs and wants and then went over the course of the next three weekends, showed me properties that ticked the boxes based on my criteria. Daniel's knowledge of the Island was impressive, not just with property, but with the lifestyle it can provide. Daniel's approach was not pushy (and we all dislike a pushy sales person, whose approach is get your offer in and seal the deal) and was just to provide me with a suitable choice. I did find my new home and the after service that Daniel has provided has been second to none. He even called just to say hello given we were speaking almost daily and hadn't spoken for about a week.
