We chose Ian as our agent given his sale accolades and knowledge of the Preston housing market. Due to Covid restrictions we sadly didn’t get the campaign we were hoping for, or the live auction. Instead Ian worked tirelessly to secure us an offer above the range following one zoom inspection. All throughout our communications (which we’re late into the evening on occasion) Ian lived up to his name and got the job done, once again. Would definitely recommend him to friends/family.

Ian was very patient as I worked my way through the financing and being in a position to purchase a property. He was very responsive when I was ready to inspect the property and provided a virtual inspection when requested. I was able to get the unit I wanted and Ian was able to get the vendor to the party to sell it prior to when they were ready. Ian set the expectations for the property early and then I was able to work out the finances to cover that price. He also made sure that the financing extension could go through when time became an issue.

Ian and the team at Ray White Preston provided patient, professional advice and support when recently selling our house.
