We chose Ian as our agent given his sale accolades and knowledge of the Preston housing market. Due to Covid restrictions we sadly didn’t get the campaign we were hoping for, or the live auction. Instead Ian worked tirelessly to secure us an offer above the range following one zoom inspection.
