After searching for almost 6 months; I purchased a house at auction through Brad O'Mara. Brad was very honest, straight down the line, genuinely friendly as opposed to schmoozy like some agents & kept in touch with me over the weeks leading up to auction as well as after I'd secured the property. During the course of quite a challenging period of negotiations with the vendors, Brad always displayed a high level of professionalism but at the same time was happy to call a spade a spade! Numerous occasions nearly saw the sale stall and fall through, however, Brad kept the avenue for sale open and in the end both vendor and purchaser were happy with the outcome – I think! Brads knowledge of the local area real estate market is impressive and as stated, whilst discussions were robust at times, Brad always portrayed an ability to help and be neutral to both the vendor and purchaser. I think Brad was certainly the reason we were able to purchase the house that we really wanted.

The merry-go-round of looking for properties that would meet our needs was exhausting. We were at the point of looking at ANYTHING to try and find SOMETHING. We engaged Brad O'Mara to sell our property via an online auction. Brad had never used this facility before but did all of the necessary research with HO and developed a sales plan accordingly. Albeit we sold before auction Jo and I could not have been happier with the outcome of our sale. It is purely conjecture as to wether we would have realised more at auction - once Jo and I had reached our target price we were more than happy to complete the sale.
