Thank you David for getting us the best possible price for our home. I know you worked very hard through the process to show the property to as many people as possible and my neighbour even commented that I had the most hard working agent he had ever seen. Your willingness to try to find the "Premium Buyer" helped us to secure a great price but a fair price to both buyer and seller. I very much liked that the communication was straight forward and honest and that we could trust that you were not going to try and sell us on a deal that was not in our interest to accept. Thank you also for the almost daily updates, especially the quick phone calls and sms that kept us apprised of the activity on a regular basis so we didn't have to guess what was happening or if anything at all was happening because we always had almost instant communication. Your photographer showed off the property at its best and really got people through the door and the cheap rates you offered for online advertising saved us a lot of money. The on-site Auction could not have gone better with 6 registered bidders and you also had 2 more people willing to buy if the property did not sell at auction - this set the conditions for us to feel confident about achieving the best sale price possible.
