Suzanne has gone above and beyond to assist me in settling into a rental property. Miroslava initially handled my application and always ensured communication was clear and consistent. Very organised, with processes in place to ensure a smooth transition into the property. Great team!

Our recent move into our new home leased through ray white Cheltenham managed by Mikaela couldn’t have been easier. We are absolutely wrapped with our new place which is made sweeter knowing that the agency is quick to respond to any queries and that the small issues in the place will be fixed as soon as possible. Miroslava was easy to talk too and once our application was approved, was able to get us signed and sealed very quickly. We were surprised how fast and seamless the process was. Would highly recommend to anybody on the back of our experience to date!

I have to give great thanks to Mirislova at Ray White Cheltenham for all her work in helping me get into my apartment. Firstly the inspection was handled with professionalism, good humour and gave a complete picture of all the attributes of the whole building, not just the apartment alone. After that she was so helpful in me putting together a competent and correct application. The whole process was very positive.

Had a great experience from viewing the property all the way through to applying and being accepted. Kept me updated and really went extra mile to be accomodating and helpful.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Damien and Mirsi for the process of leasing out our property. They were both very efficient and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend both if you are looking to lease out your property within the Bayside area.

After a poor experience with our previous letting agent we chose to move management of our apartment Ray White Cheltenham and have been very happy with the excellent service provided from the team and particularly from Suzanne who made transitioning easy with regular communication, relevant and helpful advice through the change over. Unfortunately our tenants recently left at the end of their lease and again Suzanne stepped up, with the help of Mirsi and the rental team did a great job advising us on the current market situation and on the best tactics to let our property as quickly as possible. Even in the current challenging environment the Ray White teams market knowledge, commitment, flexibility and excellent communication made the task of finding a new tenant much easier than it could have been.
