Ray White Cheltenham have been managing our 2 properties for more than 7 years. Service has been prompt and efficient except for one occasion which was subsequently resolved in a timely and sastisfactory manner by management. Overal, we have been pleased with service and regular updates and advice by the property management team, especially Chris and Elizabeth.

Chris Poole is the best estate agent i have ever dealt with. Not only is he fast, efficient, professional he also listens and cares. I highly recommend Chris Poole if you are seeking an above standard service who is highly professional, someone who really cares about the clients needs and easy to communicate with. Chris assisted my partner and I during holiday break which can be challenging due to business closures .He delivered fast results and was always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Its great to know there are estate agents who are not only professional but also care.

The leasing application process all the way up to the signing of the lease agreement was easy to navigate and efficient. The agent, Miroslava, was very personable and accomodating to any questions or queries we may have had. Great experience overall.

Really great work and professional service from the team of Mirsi and Demain who help us to lease out the property quickly. Mirsi helped so much on liaising with applicants. Nice job and appreciate all the hard work here.

The effort and professionalism the agents display is absolutely amazing, especially Suzanne, they always go that extra mile and ensure your property is looked after as if it’s their own. Nothing slips by Ray White Cheltenham!! Cannot give a higher recommendation!!
Ray White The Bayside Group
Suzanne is attentive and prompt beyond belief. Her knowledge of the market and client support is fantastic. The only improvement I would suggest is the copy prepared by the marketing team which could be improved with a more thorough description of the property and location highlights.

It was a really easy process and people were there to help the whole way through. It made the process so much easier and much more enjoyable!

From the initial application for inspection, through to getting the keys for this property, the staff at Ray White do really seem to go above and beyond in terms of communication and professionalism. Miroslava and Mikaela are certainly deserving of this 5 star review.
