The Agent Who Made Us Feel Like People, Not Pawns

House hunting had turned every weekend into something we started to dread. For months, we were jumping from open inspection to open inspection, putting in offers, missing out, and constantly feeling like our offers were being used as leverage against other buyers. It honestly started to feel like we were just a pawn in someone else’s game. Then we met Dylan. From the first open inspection, before he had any idea we would end up making an offer, Dylan was honest, transparent and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk us through the process, answer our questions properly, and explain things in a way that made us feel informed rather than pressured. What stood out most was that he treated us like people, not just another buyer enquiry. After months of feeling defeated by the process, his honesty and empathy made a huge difference. He was direct when he needed to be, but never pushy. The whole experience felt clear, fair and respectful from start to finish. We recently bought our home through Dylan, and we are genuinely grateful that he was the agent on the other side of it.
