I initially selected Ray White to take over selling my property based on the first phone call I received from Kevin . I wasn't living in Australia at the time and he was the only who called me and talked to me instead of just emailing me . Kevin spent a fair amount of time going through the process with me and provide me with different options even before me signing the contract with him ! I then received constant updates and again ' Phone Calls ' , which made the process less stressful and I felt closer to the whole experience . Kevin has a great knowledge of the area and can always provide you with an insight . He is at the same time provides you with a very realistic view . Cant say enough of the way Kevin operates. He works with a dedicated and professional team and they all work well together. Kevin is a wiz in the Auction environment and he has the ability work the Auction situation really well to really push the envelope. His work at our Auction was unbelievable and he managed to even get high praise from the person who purchased the property , despite her just having paid top price because Kevin managed to keep the Auction going for the highest price possible. I was told there were over 80 bids. Our family are most impressed with the result and the final price raised was thousands above expectations and well above the Auction Reserve. The result was also higher than pre Auction valuation estimates. The team at Ray White knew their stuff and were well prepared. I would recommend this team to anyone and now having realised what skill Kevin has, I'd seek out Kevin's expertise for any future property sale because not only did he manage to get the job done with best results, he also exhibits compassion that I am sure is based on very strong local knowledge and a genuine understanding of the personal need of the Vendor and the potential need of the Purchaser, relative to the property. All this while still recognising and acting upon the importance of the sale for best result. Kevin's professionalism and humble approach to being a winner for all concerned is a credit to him. He listened to our need and our reason for selling and clearly showed that he could manage the balance between monetary goal and the passion of the moment.
