Marketing materials I could not fault in any way. Communication and feedback - there was only a month from signing to auction day and during this time there were 5 open days and Kevin communicated with me within half an hour of closure regarding the number of groups passing through. I was also emailed regarding weekly listings and client reviews for my information. Overall sales process was extremely good. Negotiation skills exceptional. When Kevin found out I did not have a lot of people to help me de-clutter, he made a phone call and help was on its way. Vendor experience - this was a first time for me so this was both an emotional and stressful time, but Kevin was very comforting and took care of everything for me on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and the Ray White team to anyone in the future. On the day of auction, I was able to witness Kevin at a previous auction and was very impressed with his handling at that time and of course there was no difference in the way our auction was handled. He was very good at what he does best without being "pushy" towards any intending buyers. My friends on the day commented on Kevin's friendliness and expert auction experience. Overall I found Kevin to be an honest, caring agent and I never at any time felt that I was on my own. His texting with genuine concern for me and my feelings during the campaign was quite overwhelming. I wish Kevin all the very best for the future.
