Marketing materials I could not fault in any way. Communication and feedback - there was only a month from signing to auction day and during this time there were 5 open days and Kevin communicated with me within half an hour of closure regarding the number of groups passing through. I was also emailed regarding weekly listings and client reviews for my information. Overall sales process was extremely good. Negotiation skills exceptional. When Kevin found out I did not have a lot of people to help me de-clutter, he made a phone call and help was on its way. Vendor experience - this was a first time for me so this was both an emotional and stressful time, but Kevin was very comforting and took care of everything for me on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and the Ray White team to anyone in the future. On the day of auction, I was able to witness Kevin at a previous auction and was very impressed with his handling at that time and of course there was no difference in the way our auction was handled. He was very good at what he does best without being "pushy" towards any intending buyers. My friends on the day commented on Kevin's friendliness and expert auction experience. Overall I found Kevin to be an honest, caring agent and I never at any time felt that I was on my own. His texting with genuine concern for me and my feelings during the campaign was quite overwhelming. I wish Kevin all the very best for the future.

To select an agent is very hard but we felt from the start He is the one . In a very short time Kevin end his team organized everything so quick we hardly had a time to blink our eyes . Kevin and the team went above an d beyond by offering 2 open for inspection every Saturday one in the morning and one for afternoon.This demonstrated to us He is a hard worker and doing everything to sell our property .They kept us informed on regular basis ,very clear and detailed reports after every open house. I was left feeling that our property was going to be sold for a very good price .On auction day Kevin proved that He has a skill to sell . Kevin Chokshi is an outstanding young man. Having prior to meeting him, I read many client testimonies and reviewed his performance track record, he even then exceeded my expectations. Integrity and professionalism are the 2 most important attributes we were seeking in selecting the agent to represent us in both the individual who would directly manage the sale of the property, but also the organization supporting him. We cannot praise highly enough the whole Ray White Cheltenham team with a special mention to Arron Westley who was Kevin's right hand man and it was very pleasing in that virtually the whole team attended the auction to assist including the CEO Mark Guthrie. The property being sold belonged to my wife's parents and her father prior to his retirement had owned and operated a very successful independent real estate agency based in Cheltenham. We know he would have been very pleased in the manner in which Kevin and the team managed the marketing and auction of their family home. The results of the auction speak for themselves. We set the reserve based on professional valuations, plus our own knowledge of selling prices of similar properties in the same street in the past 12 months. The property sold for a record price and $420,000 above reserve. At least 150 people attended the auction with 10 different bidders. Over 24,000 people viewed the property on line and 106 groups attended the open homes. We were so happy we chose Kevin to sell our family home, we read his reviews on Rate my Agent and knew we were onto a winner. The whole process of selling our home was just so easy we literally didn't have to worry about a thing. We felt Kevin's advice on how to best present our home was the most helpful and it certainly looked amazing come campaign time. The marketing was perfect, and with a great internet campaign including social media we had even more inquiries. During the campaign the communication was second to none, we were kept up to speed on everything. Enquiries, calls and numbers through the opens were always passed on to us promptly. The reports compiled by Kevin's sales assistant Aaron Westney were fantastic with all the comments and feedback recorded and presented to us in a written report.
