Overall our experience with Kevin was positive. He returned calls promptly and answered all questions leading up to the auction. If I am to be critical we felt the price quoted was low but this is typical of all agents which we discovered fairly quickly along the way. A part from this we felt his responses to us were honest. Kevin seemed knowledgeable and communicated information well, we didn't really experience any negotiation situations as it was an auction purchase but I have ranked above as I had to in order to complete the review. We were looking for approximately 4 months and had come across agents that didn't know anything about the house they were selling (even as simple as does the fireplace work? which I would have thought would be a fairly standard question) or even bother to return your query whether it be through email or phone. Kevin was not one of these agents and I can say we had a pleasant experience dealing with him.

We can't recommend Ray White Patterson Lakes highly enough. We "interviewed" several agents, but the instant rapport made up our minds. Here is an agency that was always accessible and willing to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. In the end we got the sale done on Auction Day mainly Genevieve and her dedicated team. Their service was above and beyond our expectations and we can't thank her enough!!!!

After the Auction is where Kevin proved his credentials as a respected negotiator and advocate. As purchasers you often feel unloved by estate agents working to secure their vendor's the highest possible sale price, particularly in a booming market. Having fallen at the last hurdle in a number of previous auctions, we were feeling quite deflated. Once again here we where as the final bidder at an auction, the property passed in with a very high reserve. We had done our market research and after improving our offer slightly were happy to walk away. This is where Kevin came in and over the course of the next week work tirelessly managing the vendors expectation and in the end securing us the home. Not only was the final sale price suitable but we also had quite a few special conditions to be added to the contract, that I know where not easy to facilitate. I have little doubt we would not have been able to complete the deal without Kevin's enthusiasm and willingness to work on our behalf. In an age where Real Estate Agent "bashing" (verbal) is almost a sport Kevin is an agent we will look for when we are again in the market to buy or sell. I really enjoyed my experience in dealing with Kevin. His presentation at the open inspection was really impressive. There were lots of people but Kevin still managed to make me feel like the most important buyer there and really listened to my opinions, wants and needs in my next property. I have been looking for a while now and I must say, Kevin has been the only agent to be consistent in following up with me a couple of times, every week since - a big tick for when it comes time to sell. He is extremely knowledgeable of Cheltenham, a fantastic Auctioneer and the expert agent in my preferred area, the "Golden Triangle" - You'll definitely be seeing more of me, Kevin!
