I have been looking to purchase an investment property for quite some time now and have many real estate agents over my journey. I can honestly say that I have never met anyone who follows up with buyers like Kevin does. I received a welcome SMS as soon as I entered the open for inspection and when I requested additional documents, I received an email within 2 minutes with all documents requested. I was really impressed with his service and information provided at the open home. Further more, Kevin followed up with me on Saturday afternoon with a phone call and I couldn't answer so he rang me on Monday and then again on Tuesday evening until I could give him feedback to take back to his vendors.
