Fantastic agent, highly professional and vary passionate about his job.
Home selling and buying is incredibly stressful! Thankfully, we had a great team at the Toongabbie Elders Real Estate to walk us through the process and make our experience as stress-free as possible. Before we listed, their staging expert helped us make our home show worthy. Their professional photographer took amazing photos for the web listing. Our home was priced just right for the market. All of this preparation helped us to sell with multiple offers on the first day we listed. We only showed our home once, during the open house! Navigating through the process was luckily stress free as well. We always felt like our Realtor Matt Barham had our best interests in mind and were kept informed about every aspect of the process. Nick is a great and down to earth Agent
We felt very comfortable letting Nick handle the sale of our Unit We have been with Elders for years so when it was time to sell our unit we did not hesitate to ask Nick to look after the sale. Nick is very knowledgeable and able to give you a very honest assessment of the current market and a realistic price range in which you can expect the sale price to be. He handled the Sales enquires very well, his advice during this period was great and we were successful in selling our unit very quickly and at a very good price for the current slowing market. Nicks after sales service was also excellent and he continually updated us as the process of the sale progressed. Excellent agent
I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his agency to anyone selling their home or looking to lease a property. His personality allowed my family and myself to enjoy this experience during a very emotional period in my life, having to sell my beloved parents home. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with
Nick understands his patch/market very well. He gave us what our property is worth by providing market analysis, however he managed to sell my property more than my expectation. He sold my property within 2 weeks, this is due to their large potential customer database. I have sold 2 houses through Elders, in both case, my experience was exceptional. I would definitely engage Nick for all future property deals.

Best agent in the area
If you want to sell or buy any property in Toongabbie, Girraween, Pendle Hill, Wentworthville, Seven Hills area Nick is the best agent. I took his service both in buying and selling and I am fully satisfied. He has very good marketing knowledge and strategies, negotiation skills and wonderful communications; additionally he is very friendly, understanding and articulate person and easy to get into touch with; and most importantly he delivers results.
