Top agent! Top result!
I've watched the market in the Toongabbie area over the past 5 or so years and I have always been surprised with Matt's results. When it was time to sell my property, I knew exactly who to call. Matt's local area knowledge was second to none. He knew exactly how to market the property in order to get a record result. I couldn't be happier.

I have personally known Nick Bardon for about 19 years. Quite a few of my families have either sold or bought from nick. From the time I called Nick to come and give us an assessment on our place and how much it will cost to market, commission and the sale process. Nick has been extremely helpful once we appointed him as an agent. He explained and communicated everything professionally and taking into consideration of what we want. He has made the selling process as smooth and easy as possible from taking photos personally himself, marketing and then the most crucial open Home. I was impressed when i found out that 27 buyers came for the first open and then 24 hours later after a strong intense competition between 9 buyers it came down to 1 buyer who offered $781K. Now its a matter of waiting on the settlement and moving out. I totally will recommend Nick to anyone planning to sell as he is affordable on commission and marketing cost. Highly recomended agent
I can't fault Nick at all. He has great knowledge of the area and a very good client base. We sold our house for more than what we wanted after one open house. We gave Nick a target and he exceeded that easily. His communication was excellent and he went above and beyond putting in a huge effort after hours and on his days off. If you want to obtain a premium price for your house I would highly recommend Nick to be your agent.
