From his first visit to our home my wife and I found Matt to be most helpful and enthusiastic about selling our property. He clearly outlined the services he would provide and, importantly, the fees for those services. On the day of the first "Open House" he arrived punctually and advised us of the number of prospective interested parties. At the conclusion of the open house period, when we returned, Matt informed us that that there had been more than the expected number of viewers. To cut a long story short, on the Wednesday following the open house, another couple came to inspect and on the Friday of that week they signed the contracts. In short.
