I met Toby first when looking at Arpartments in the Rivervale area. He listened to what I wanted and came and did an appraisal on the property my son and I owned in Kingsley. It needed some work done but was never judgemental. They were a few delays on getting the house on the market due to me, Toby was patient and guided me through it all. Everyone who lived in Kingsley tried to get me to use a local agent but I trusted Toby. It took a year from when I first started and with 1 weekend home opening it was sold above asking price. Kylie helped with all the marketing and was helpful and very good at what she does. I have since bought an Apartment in Rivervale, very lucky as not many availiable. I rate Ray White Urbin Springs very highly and I am giving another apartment of mine for Jess to manage for me. Overall a very friendly, helpful amazing team to deal with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell
