This being my first solo purchase and first time in an apartment, so a LOT of this has been so new to me, the sellers, Oana Jackson, whom I predominantly dealt with and Joe along with the comms of my broker and settlement team made this whole process for me a lot easier to deal with! They answered all my questions in detail and went out of their way to keep communication lines open and gather things from viewing day to offer to the moment it settled and I got the keys! Even after moving in and noticing some things, they're still happy to assist and help me with any pending queries. Like I said, a lot of this is new to me and it's good to have a knowledgeable squad who has your back with such a big adult life event and especially doing it solo. Thanks Oana and Joe!

We knew exactly what we needed to do regarding preparing our property as they explained everything very clearly and were always available if we had any questions.
