Joe kept me well informed, even over weekends and after work hours. I live in a remote location and was comfortable to trust Joe in the duties of selling my property even though it was a low end unit I was treated as if it was high end. I've brought and sold a few properties in the the past and never have I found it as easy due to Joe's commitment to me and the sale of the property.

Had a good team to be clear I mostly worked with his colleague
After getting messed around by real estate agents for years trying to own my first place, dealing with (Oana) and Joseph was like salvation, as I only needed to buy a house once (hopefully) in my life. For me, both Oana and Joseph came across as kind and fair. For me they brought some humanity into a somewhat stressful, hectic, and cutthroat market I had been trying to navigate.

Joseph was extremely friendly and professional from the start. His local area and general industry knowledge is excellent. I had been searching for another investment property for 3 months and the discussions we had were robust and insightful. He was always available to meet at the property whenever I requested and liaised well between the vendor and myself to sort through issues in a timely manner.
