Grave concerns around the ethics, moral standing and professionalism of Fergus, Jess and the Management of Ray White Warrnambool. Unfortunately Ray Whites lack of professional integrity lead to myself and my partner having to pay an extra 10k to secure the property after we had signed the contract. The lack of professionalism was identified from initial meeting and continued throughout the entirety of the process. This company would benefit from professional development training in real estate ethics.

I'm so glad we asked Chris Thomas to sell our property which he did. The property next door was for sale also. It's still for sale and ours is sold. We're glad we went with his advice to sell at auction. One month's work and marketing and it was sold not like the property next door that's still sitting on the market. A second time around in writing my opinion & other than taking the same title GREAT AGENT I reiterate my earlier opinions. Jason was caring, researched and professional at his job. I needed a confidant at the time, he stuck by me and I with him. Yes having to lower my price was disappointing & yes the market may have dipped a little, however, this did not deter his efforts.
