Good Result
Our house sold quite quickly within three months which was very pleasing. Chris provided weekly reports of the visits to Open Days and kept us well informed especially dealing with three people living way from the area.He was very professional to deal with.A good outcome Thankyou

Communication was the Key
Having Chris on our side during the purchase was great and made our experience very simple in a tough situation on the sellers end. He was always available via Phone Calls or SMS messages at anytime and if he missed our call he got right back to us on the same day- weekend or weekday. He was always very honest and did not hesitate to go the extra mile for us during negotiations. We would have no problem recommending him to anyone who wants to buy or sell in the south west. We could not have been happier with the way Fergus managed the recent sale of our home. We were consulted at every step & felt that our home was showcased very well. Fergus provided us with all the relevant information as well as feedback after each inspection. Being kept informed helped us to cope with the process. We were very impressed with the professional, polite and knowledgeable way Fergus communicated with us. Best of all, after 10 days planning including excellent photos, video & floor plan, our home sold after just 7 days on line! Buying and selling stress free!
We were very fortunate to work with Georgia and Fergus for the purchase and sale of our properties. We were in a different situation in that we weren’t looking to buy when we chanced upon on our new home and therefore had not considered selling ours prior to this. Georgia and Fergus made a stressful and daunting situation easy. They were extremely efficient in organising the listing of our property and began contacting potential buyers immediately. Georgia’s constant communication was very much appreciated and her willingness to go above and beyond for potential buyers was excellent. She has been brilliant in coordinating the many parties involved in buying and selling which has taken the stress out of it for us. Although there have been the usual hiccups associated with buying and selling, Georgia has been there every step of the way to help us through. Thanks for everything!
