Chris Thomas is an amazing agent and just an all round great guy. He went above and beyond and made selling a house with a newborn baby easy. He was in daily contact and when I couldn’t make it into the office he made sure to come over at a time best for myself and my baby. Fergus Torpy and Lachie Kelly are a dynamic duo who have extremely good market knowledge. Their communication with the vendor and buyer is second to none. They used social media, emails, letters and phone calls to ensure I was always kept in the loop with any events or new information. I couldn't believe that these two sold my house in just 3 weeks. It only felt like a few days had gone by from when I had met with them and my house was sold. These guys are fast. Everything about them is efficient, but still in the best interest of their clients. There's no short cuts, just hard working, honest, extremely personable Agents. I couldn't speak more highly!
