We were very fortunate to work with Georgia and Fergus for the purchase and sale of our properties. We were in a different situation in that we weren’t looking to buy when we chanced upon on our new home and therefore had not considered selling ours prior to this. Georgia and Fergus made a stressful and daunting situation easy. They were extremely efficient in organising the listing of our property and began contacting potential buyers immediately. Georgia’s constant communication was very much appreciated and her willingness to go above and beyond for potential buyers was excellent. She has been brilliant in coordinating the many parties involved in buying and selling which has taken the stress out of it for us.
