worked well for the seller which as it should be as the are paying the commission. provided us with all we needed to purchase the property and was always available for questions

Comfortable, Quick and Easy
We tried for 18 months to sell our property with another agent without success and Chris sold it for us within a matter of weeks. So what was the difference? Communication, consistency and follow up. I don't have time for continuous calling agents when I'm the one paying a healthy premium for a service and Chris lived up to his work and kept us in the loop continuously and helped us through various strategies to get the place sold.
