The whole process was made simple by re-define real-estate agents. This was our first time trying to secure a house through real estate agency and they were guiding us with each and every step and explained everything all the way through.

The team at Re-define, headed by Philip Middlemiss are a pleasure to work with, as the headline says, professional and thorough. Our apartment needed some work before re-letting, which Philip and the team organised in very short timescales, and checked all the work to ensure it was done properly and to a good standard. We have been working with Philip for all our properties for over 15 years now, which is a testament to the trust we have when working with him.

Helena was very responsive, she helped me find a quality property with a reasonable price. She always communicated with the landlord in time to help me sign the lease contract. Helena responded to all my requests in time as well, she guided me through the process of signing the contract and told me how to connect the utilities. Thanks for her efficient work that I can get this property in a short time.

When I rented a room, Re-define Real Estate helped me a lot even other than things about property such as how to contract with energy company and which internet company best matched with what I wanted for it. Also, when I was in trouble, they also gave me some advices. I'm so thanksful to their dedicated support!
