Phil and his team were outstanding in my view. They took on board my input for the marketing campaign. I was kept informed all the way through the process. We had buyers interested almost immediately and he used reliable market data that ultimately resulted in a fast sale and settlement without conditions. Very happy with the result.

I had very pleasant business experience with the entire re define team both from rental and sales transactions. Team is made up with very well trained real estate professionals. They are patient with clients and up-to-date with market condition. I have to highlight about the managing director Philip. He has done excellant work for me to predict market trend and price my unit accurately to sell fast. During the entire transaction, I was so laid back. It was such a risk free and carefree transaction I went through. I would highly recommend him to be your agent.
