Darren has an amazing amount of local knowledge and experience. His strategy for selling our house was spot on, building plenty of hype. We had over 20 groups through at the first open house on a Thursday. 6 returned on the Saturday and by Monday morning we had 3 good offers on the table, 2 of which exceeded both Darren and our expectations. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

Seems a little naff to give a person or in this case people, 5 stars across the board but it is with some consideration that I give the Sue and Darren duo absolutely top marks. To put it simply, they were excellent in all aspects of the sale and also treated the buyer with respect. I believe Darren knew within a whisker what the market would pay for my Fairfield house and thankfully I allowed him set the price. He's knows his craft, is articulate, will listen, is not overbearing and knows when and when not to communicate. Basically this team will go the extra mile to achieve the Seller's happiness and peace of mind. I actually gave myself a pat on the back for choosing him over so many other RE agents. Usually quite a decisive person I met the task of selecting an agent to sell my own home with unusual anxiety. Darren met me with an unequalled energy and excitement to list the home. Whilst Darren and I did not agree 100% on the marketing/sales strategy he listened to what i wanted and integrated this into his ideas. I found this extremely refreshing as other agents often have a "sales 101" approach and their stategy is the only stategy. Darren and his Team have unbelievable local knowledge of Tarragindi. I found Darren to be a great communicator, and he sold the home exceeding other appraisals and above expectations. He also made no inflated promises to get the listing. I had a great experience with the Darren Lewis-Date Team, and the icing on the cake was speaking to the new owners post settlement and hearing them also sing his praises and how professional and personable he was with the purchase of their home.
