Sue is one of the few agents I have met who is prepared to go the extra mile to find things out and communicate with buyers. She even climbed up in a ceiling space to look around to make sure that what she had been told was correct. I have never encountered this level of dedication and good old fashioned service before. This is the third time I have used Kerry Parkes to sell my property. He has an amazing record for us. All 3 houses he has sold for me have been sold in the first open house and at more than I ever thought possible. When we thought about selling Kerry was the first person I contacted. He gives you a frank assessment of what you need to do to get the maximum amount and interest in your property. His advise was followed and the result speaks for itself. The house went on the internet on the Thursday, we had the open house on the Saturday.Two couples came back to view the house again on the Sunday. We had a contract on the Sunday night. The buyers loved the house an how it was presented. We did as advised by Kerry and removed personal things to make the potential buyers feel like the house was their open canvass not our family home that they were going into. Kerry carried out mail box drops in the local area to see even if locals wanted to know about our home. Kerry is a solid and true Real Estate guy, he is not just a salesperson trying to make commission. He is a real person that listens to his customers needs and wants and delivers in spades to his potential buyers. He is immaculately presented, speaks well and intuitively, keeps you, the seller, informed at all stages of the process. I would recommend him to All people wanting to sell their homes. So much so when my Step Daughter wants to start looking for a unit or first home, I have advised her that she would be very wise to listen to Kerry Parkes first and give him a chance to find her a place to buy. The whole process, from initial valuation to contract settlement, was from my perspective (the seller), efficient and smooth. Chris kept in contact with me from the very first open house advising me of the level of interest in my property and the comments of potential buyers.
