A friend recommended Irena & Su-ella to me, to be agents to sell the above property . There was immediate action by Irena & Su-ella leading up to & including the first open house. The marketing & the materials used were very impressive . These ladies offer homes for sale using the "Expressions of Interest " method. An offer was made to purchase the propertry after the first open house . Irena & Su-ella visited my home to discuss this offer with me . Irena & Su-ella went back to the purchaser stating that there is other interest in the home & the purchaser then actually increased their bid by another $10,000 to try and secure the property for themselves . This was great & a contract was signed for an offer that was over the expected selling price. Open house displays on the property were still carried out right up until the contract went unconditional. This first contract proceeded through to settlement This was a great result. I was kept informed in writing of any additional interest in the home from those later open house displays.
