Originally the house was on the market via Coronis. That was an expensive mistake and one that I will never make again. The whole experience soured my attitude toward real estates. Then a friend of the family recommended Phil. It was really good from the start. No bull! Just upfront honesty. He gave us a fair expectation of what we could sell the house for and we went from there. He really represented Remax as a great company to deal with and bent over backwards to accomodate us all the way. He came across as a really good bloke. We got the money we wanted and now we are happy.

Natalia's skills and knowledge, in our opinion, could not have been more professional. She explained the listing, marketing and sale process clearly, and was positive in her expectations of an early sale, which did happen. We had appraisals from three real estate companies, two of which were acceptable but well below Natalia's recommended listing price. We signed an exclusive contract with Natalia at Remax not just for the listing price she recommended, but for her enthusiasm and professionalism, and because we felt at ease with her and had complete trust in her. She did not let us down. The property was listed on a Friday, with open house on the following Sunday (which was, according to neighbours, very well attended), and on the Monday Natalia presented us with seven contracts, all but two were on or well above the asking price. None were dependent upon sale of an existing property, all contracts presented were subject only to building/pest inspection and valuation of the property. Throughout the sale process Natalia kept in regular contact with us, and settlement was completed on due date. We recommended Natalia to neighbours who were about to list their property for sale - they sold within two days and again were exceptionally happy with Natalia. As well as her professionalism and real estate expertise, Natalia has an outgoing friendly personality. We would recommend her to anyone considering listing their property for sale.
