My first impression of Mark was that he was professional, local and knew the market well. We agreed on the price range of the property and I left it in his hands to sell. From the photo's of the property to the continuous feedback, I always felt I was fully informed of where the sale was up to. I received good feedback from every open home so I was aware of the thoughts of the prospective buyers and the level of interest being taken in it. Wow, what a fantastic professional team Mark & Nicki are from Remax. Daily follow ups and reports, they gave us all the good news and the negatives, which are as important as they let you know where you stand. They did a comprehensive campaign, covering everthing. Our house was vacant so Mark suggested putting in "Virtual Furniture" which was absolutely fantastic, the house looked fresh, modern and appealing, I would reccomend anyone to use this technology. Mark and Nicki are a great team, I would not hesitate to either use them again or reccomend them to anyone wanting to sell their home. You won't be disappointed.
