I've recently signed a lease on a rental property administered by Real Estate Central and have rented through this company a number of times over the past 6 years. This agency is the best I have dealt with in Darwin when attempting to locate and move into accommodation, particularly when working within a limited timeframe. The timeframe from the initial inspection, application and finalisation of my latest lease was extremely quick, resulting in savings of both my time and money when completing the move. Staff are knowledgeable with respect to the condition of properties they administer and act quickly to remediate faults or damage as they sometimes occur.
