Lisa Meakins has showed her professionalism, understanding and due diligence while dealing with a highly sensitive matter relating to a tenant with mental health issues. The compassion and understanding she showed was second to none at the same time as protecting the landlords asset and best interests. The family felt supported through the break lease and can’t express enough appreciation with the discretion applied at all levels. Having a property manger show this level of humanity and service whilst continuing to do her job was a welcoming relief.
