A couple of days could have been saved on the approval process, saving me hotel costs and getting the landlord a few extra dollars. After approval, our agent had been very good. Excellent responsiveness and willingness to sort out issues. Contractors may need a little pushing. Looking forward to a smooth relationship.

Roz Rutherford always goes above and beyond. Because of her extensive experience in the industry, she can be relied upon to provide sound advice regarding property matters. I have had a lot of property managers, but she is the first to have my trust, and to make me feel as though she is truly looking after my best interests. I have come across numerous tenants and trades people (unrelated to my property), who also speak very highly of her ability and professionalism.
