Agent managing my property good and pleasant. However don’t like fortnightly invoices when paid fortnightly - just need monthly invoices showing months activity. Don’t like the system of different people handling different aspects of the property— especially rental inspections for leasing & not the property manager who should be across all aspects of the property. One person to manage the property, and all its needs.

Im really happy with my experience with real estate central so far. I set up a viewing for a different property in the same block originally and Lisa was able to pick that I may be better suited for another and offered me pictures and a viewing of that one too. I ended up liking the one she chose and handed in an application straight away. I was accepted immediately and everything from getting the lease all the way up to getting the keys was super easy. Really great work. This is my partner and I's first rental and Lisa was very helpful when it came to making sure we understood everything and knew what we needed to do/what was going to happen.
