Over the past 18 years he has built a strong reputation of integrity, honesty and professional ability to add value to every stage of the sale process. Murray has enormous energy and enthusiasm and makes things happen in an industry he enjoys immensely and is passionate about. He believes in excellent communication, top marketing, highly skilled negotiations, which results in a great result for everyone. Qualifications include, Certificate IV in Financial Services, Real-estate Licensee - Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management) and has received numerous REIWA Sales Awards for volume and sales. Murray enjoys walking along the coast with his partner Virginia, a great BBQ, boating and swimming, and spending time with family. Their family are members of Hillary’s Yacht Club since 2002 and they enjoy all boating activities. Simply Best in Class!

It was a great pleasure to deal with Murray, Melanie and the team at Realmark North. Professionals not overpromising nor underdelivering. Long experience and strong knowledge of the Perth market. Outstanding Buy and Sell Agent! Highly Recommend

Murray Winter is an excellent real estate professional with in depth knowledge of the Perth Northern Suburbs. With diligence and lightning speed he and his team seamlessly arranged a simultaneous sale and purchase with ease. On the sale, he achieved well above the asking price which was a huge bonus. Being overseas for part of the time made no difference to the progression and that gave me huge confidence. He was across every tiny detail, liaising on my behalf with settlement agent, building inspector, etc. Thank you Murray, you are a stand up guy with excellent knowledge in your field.
