About Ian

I entered into real estate in 2000 making the transition from serving 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force. My core values of professionalism, hard work, honesty and integrity that I grew up with in service life are now naturally a part of my career in real estate. I live in Carine with my wife Leanne and two daughters Tahlia and Elise and have done since 1998. I love the area because of its brilliant family feel and it is simply so convenient. Parks, shops, cafes, great schools and the beach only minutes away. There’s plenty to love. I'm passionate about making my clients experience informed, relaxed and financially rewarding. My ethos is simple...... Treat people the way I would wan't to be treated. Aaron recently joined the Real Estate industry in January 2014, after eight successful years in the Motor Industry with AHG. His sales career started in 2002 when he took up a Sales traineeship in the motor industry working for Northside Nissan working under director Richard Hewes the dealer principal. He excelled as a Salesperson before being promoted as one of the youngest ever Sales Manager in 2010. He started out in this industry to gain solid experience as a platform to move into the Real Estate industry. Managing a team of 5 sales reps and 4 administration staff at the age of 25 allowed him to learn both management and people skills, the art of listening and the importance of follow up. In 2014, a change in industry saw Aaron move to Realmark North Coastal as a Sales Associate. Aaron has an understanding for the specific needs of his clients along with his attention to detail, professionalism and hard working approach ensures he achieves great results for our investors and owners. He has a personal approach, treats everyone with respect and down to earth personality. In his down time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, focusing on fitness and travelling.

I was introduced into the real estate industry by a close school friend back in 2005. Having been in sales all my life, from surf retail to state sales manager for Rip Curl, sales is in my blood. I feel I am a driven individual with high energy and have a professional approach to everything I do. I was introduced into the Re/max 100% club within 8 months of being in real estate and settled over 19.5 million in my first year. In 2008 I moved into commercial real estate and leasing in Perth CBD, but since then have moved back into Residential sales with Realmark West. Outside of property, I am a former State National and International gold medallist in Taekwondo from my training at the age of 6 years. Ian, a person of Integrity

In my family, the phrase "Trust me, I'm a real estate agent" was a joke because we had had so many bad experiences. When it came time o sell our home recently, I was very sceptical of all the palaver. Then we met Ian. He was like a breath of fresh air. He listened to what we had to say and gave us good advice on Marketing Strategies. He kept us up-to-date with viewer's feedback and offers. I did not feel pressured in any way and at Settlement time he went above and beyond to help us with last minute "hiccups" What a shame there are not more Agents like Ian
