After engaging with Patrick D'Arrigo based on other customer reviews, my journey as an inter-state seller could not have been more straight-forward or concern free. From a property valuation that was in line with expectations to a higher than asking sale price with minimum of fuss, all via very regular communication (ie emails, texts, and calls). Post contract signing there was a major property repair issue uncovered which needed rectification asap, such that with no qualms Patrick immediately engaged his network of trades and maintenance people, liaised with an in-situ tenant, and solved what was a difficult situation. We recommend Patrick D'Arrigo very highly.
