We had the pleasure of buying a property from Paul last year. Our settlement was 60 days, as the seller was moving to a nursing home so we wanted to accommodate the life transition. Paul is the type of Agent you want for a seller and buyer, as he is committed to getting both parties the best outcome through communication and understanding.
