Susan couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable or professional. The property we were selling had been designed specifically to suit a purchaser within a limited demographic but this didn't faze Susan!! Within a very short time she had found a potential purchaser and we received an offer. Our counter-offer was accepted and we had a sale!!! Susan really knows the Real Estate Industry and she worked tirelessly to make 'all the stars align'. We had heard about Susan through 'word of mouth' - still the best marketing tool available. You can't go wrong with this lady. A million thanks from myself and all our family.

From the very beginning Brian was extremely helpful when viewing one of his properties. Nothing was too much trouble and provided great assistance with information about the area which was initially unfamiliar to us. Once we made our offer he continued to check in and see how things were going along with assisting our trades and inspectors gaining access to the property along with ensuring small things were attended to on final inspection. Thank you for everything. We would definitely engage Brian again should the need arise in the future.

A very professional and knowledgeable person. Lovely to deal with and Kera helped us with support and communication second to none. Every inquiry was responded to immediately and gave intelligent advice. The purchase was made a lot easier than we have experienced in the past and that was very impressive. Appreciate your hard work, commitment and time.

From the very start to the very end of the purchase tanja was unbelievable. We bought from another state and Tanja was on the phone helping us understand the area, giving us so much information and spending so much time to make this as easy as possible. Great communication and so knowledgeable. Even got us sorted with a great property manager to help us while we were interstate. Would highly recommend and it was a pleasure having tanja help us purchase this property.

I count myself very lucky to have had Sue Barnes as my real estate agent when I bought my first home earlier this year. Sue has excellent knowledge of the real estate market, great communication skills with all parties involved and upheld professionalism throughout the process. What truly stood out to me in all my interactions with Sue was her unwavering honesty and integrity in her words and actions and her willingness to always go the extra mile to help others achieve the best possible outcomes. Sue was also very generous with her time by always being available to answer my questions and being flexible in finding times that suited me for inspections and conversations. Thanks to Sue, I have been able to buy a home that I am very happy with and the whole process of buying a home became a great experience with a positive outcome. If I'm ever buying or selling a home again, I would not hesitate to get in touch with Sue Barnes again as my first port of call!
