I had a phone call a couple of years ago from Phill Healey asking if I was interested in having a appraisal done. At that stage I didn't need it as I had tenant in there. We had a connection with that call and I wrote his phone number down. When I did decide to sell I remembered him and rang him All through my experience in selling my unit he helped me with everything. Grant got results straight away, although the product wasnt the best on the market he found buyers on day 1. He guided Tom prior to the house going on the market. Above asking price was offered. Grant was a rock through the whole process, he went above and Beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Tom had never sold a house before and didnt know the steps or process. Grant stepped up and assisted. I've bought and sold properties in the past and have never had an agent that was more interested in helping both parties through this process. Normally it's been - open house - contract - sold. No offers to assist in the process, no using contacts to view the house, just see who turns up and see what happens. 5 stars for Grant, I highly recommend Grant if you're looking for someone that is in it for the journey with you.
