Paivi was welcoming and professional throughout the purchasing of our property. She gave honest and open opinions about the current market, had thorough understanding of the property that she was selling and seamlessly walked us through the process to settlement. Thanks again Paivi.

Kris and Amanda are amazing. They communicated with me throughout the whole sale, if one was unable to take calls, the other would call. They answered all my questions and made the process as smooth as could be

Audrey Goetz is a Real Estate magician, her technique is truly unique and on point. We previously sold a property 8 years ago and the agent that we had then was nothing but problems to reduce the price. We changed agents then by finding Audrey Goetz and she quickly sold that house. Since that time Audrey has now got her own business and excellence is the word to describe her business. She offers, honest opinions, very high standards in her advertising technique and has a unique type of support for fixing any worry or problem solving. We highly recommend Audrey Goetz to anyone who is thinking of buying a property or selling one. If you are a first time buyer or seller you can't go wrong with trusting her abilities in achieving your dreams. Thank you Audrey Goetz for your kindness, understanding and navigation around little issues that pop up along the way in very emotional times in one's life.

Paige sold our house for us in 2023. She was so easy to deal with, communicated well from start to finish and made the whole process seamless. Paige helped us get the price we wanted and made us comfortable throughout the sale. We highly recommend Paige to anyone looking for a professional agent.

We were so impressed with Tracie’s authenticity, knowledge and honesty we have both purchased and then subsequently invited her to sell our family home. The process of both buying and selling was seamless, as Tracie worked with us every step of the way. We wanted to sell our family home to a family who would love it as much as we did. Tracie honoured our wishes. Her attention to detail in the marketing and staging phase is both professional and economical.

I had a phone call a couple of years ago from Phill Healey asking if I was interested in having a appraisal done. At that stage I didn't need it as I had tenant in there. We had a connection with that call and I wrote his phone number down. When I did decide to sell I remembered him and rang him All through my experience in selling my unit he helped me with everything. I did not have alot of experience with this Phill Healey just made it so calming for me all the way through to settlement. I will definitely be telling others about him

We have now been both the Buyer and then the client. We were so impressed with Tracie’s honesty and professionalism when we purchased a property with Tracie, that we entrusted Tracie to sell our family home. Tracie gave great advice and we never felt pressed through the whole process. I have also recommend Tracie to another friend who sold there home through Tracie. I highly recommend Tracie to all who are either buying or selling a property.

Grant got results straight away, although the product wasnt the best on the market he found buyers on day 1. He guided Tom prior to the house going on the market. Above asking price was offered. Grant was a rock through the whole process, he went above and Beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Tom had never sold a house before and didnt know the steps or process. Grant stepped up and assisted. I've bought and sold properties in the past and have never had an agent that was more interested in helping both parties through this process. Normally it's been - open house - contract - sold. No offers to assist in the process, no using contacts to view the house, just see who turns up and see what happens. 5 stars for Grant, I highly recommend Grant if you're looking for someone that is in it for the journey with you.

We purchased a property through Jean and were extremely impressed with his approach - genuine, honest, upfront, everything you'd want in an agent. His friendly demeanour and responsiveness made sure we felt fully supported during the process, which was important as inter-state buyers buying on the basis of a video call! He was also very honest about flaws and challenges with the property, so we didn't feel like anything was being hidden. We were so impressed that we opted to sell a property with Jean, and use his agency as property managers for the new purchase.

Phill was brilliant to deal with in all aspects of selling our house, which took him 8 days! He was always available to answer any questions, gave great advice, and was very attentive. We know the buyers were also very happy with Phill's friendly and professional manner. Thanks Phill, you made the process so easy, and we both appreciate all your support. Cheers, Brian and Wilsen

Phill from start to finish was absolutely amazing, his knowledge and communication is out of this world. Phill's customer service is of the highest standard, and we felt so at ease, and totally looked after through the whole process of our purchase. Phill was always in contact with us making sure we were okay, and always answered any calls and text messages. After the sale went through Phill has called us checking in that we're okay and if there is anything we need. We are absolutely blown away by his professional and caring nature. We would 100% recommend Phill and we would definitely in the future use him again if we needed to. Thank you so much Phill for such a smooth stress free process.
