Kendall spoke in laymen terms to ensure every step of the selling process was understood and progressed smoothly. She listened to what we thought were great aspects of our property and relayed this well to buyers. She gave advice, feedback from buyers, and made great suggestions throughout the sale of our property. She communicated well and worked in with our tenants to gain access. Internet photos made our home look outstanding. Overall would highly recommend Kendall as a people person who is great to deal with every step of the way!

Kendall was amazing during our purchase with her. She was always patient and understanding if there were any hiccups along the way on our end. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and I think that’s really important to have in an agent when purchasing a property - empathy and understanding! I have brought and sold houses before but Patrick has by far been my favourite agent to deal with! He is very professional, he put our minds to rest straight away and talked us through every step of the sale, everything he said he would do he did, he was always easily contactable and never too busy to answer any of our questions. He got us a really great result for our house. I couldn't rate Patrick high enough, he is a man of his word, a straight shooter and a first class agent. If I had another house to sell, I would call Patrick.

Dealing with Phil was a great experience as we had been looking at quite a few properties and Phil show us the property and both me and Tealiea was very excited about it it was over our budget so we did a bit of bargaining with the owners and Phil did his very best to come up with a price that we we’re happy with an we purchased it all through the sale of property Phil show us how professional and even when he went on holiday he still kept in touch so that everything went smoothly and came and seen us when we had move in to properties and gave us a gift voucher to a restaurant in Maryborough and it was a fantastic meal so I would definitely recommend Phil as a honest and professional real estate agent
