I could fill a book with what I could tell you about Yvonne, because I think she is the best agent I have ever dealt with in 67 years of buying and selling real estate. She did all the hard work, took all the photos, and put the place up on the internet the very next day. Soon after that, another bloke - another agent who did practically nothing - brought out a buyer and that first buyer bought it. That meant that Yvonne had to share the commission on the sale with him.
