Patrick was very good. I think our first buyer was not truthful with us, after 33 days they would not wave the finance clause. Patrick did follow things up and kept us well informed. We instructed him to put the property back on the market. He followed up people and after 2 days had a unconditional cash contract, and for more money with a 30 settlement. A lot of extra work and some would say he was just doing his job. We disagree, he worked very hard to achieve a great result for us.
