Once Ryan was contacted and without signing an agreement to sell , he provided a complete 8 page evaluation of my house against every other house in the area that had sold in the last 6 months, with expected market prices and then what they had sold for, only showing the ones that matched the size and bedrooms, bathrooms, garage and yard equivalent to that of mine. He also provided a complete break down of all the shops, medical centre's, schools and transport with in a distant of 5km circumference of the house. So everyone could see how close the house was to everything. He then said you should get other Real estate agents point of views. And then just said if you decide to go with me just give me a call anytime and he left. He never did the high pressure hard sell, He was completely honest and total genuine and was very good in dealing with my elderly father who is a real hard-ass and very difficult to deal with. He totally understands people and how to deal with them on a personal basis. He was a true gentleman and a good person to boot. and with in two weeks of signing RYAN he already had 6 offers because the buyers even trusted him and his integrity and easy going demeanor. I have bought and sold 12 houses in the past, and I believe he is truly the best Real estate Agent I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have also recommended him to 4 other friends, and they have all been impressed with him , he seems to able to sell houses in under two weeks, he is amazing, and has a very good understanding of people. For all this I thank him very much and will keep recommending to my other friends.
